Repair and
Servicing

At Rico's Slushies, we’ve been hands-on with slush machines since 2017. Our deep industry knowledge means we know how to restore tired, faulty machines to full working order. Reconditioning your current machine is not only environmentally conscious, it’s also a costeffective way to get back to business. Why buy new when servicing costs as little as 10% of a new unit?

We service all machines purchased directly from Rico's Slushies or recognised brands (excluding replica machines).

We also offer same-day on-site servicing. Our experienced team can come directly to your location and carry out the full servicing process below on your premises—so there’s no need to send your machine away or lose valuable trading time.

What Machines Do We Repair?

We service over 90% of slush machine brands and models in the UK market. However, we do not offer support for unbranded or replica machines.

1. Initial Diagnosis

We thoroughly assess your machine to identify faults and determine whether repairs are economically viable. If not, we’ll notify you and reduce the service cost accordingly

2. Clean and Cleanse

A deep internal and external clean is performed, removing syrup residue, grease, and dust. We straighten any bent condenser fins and check for previous leaks or damage.

3. Repair

Any confirmed faults are repaired, and parts replaced as needed. You will be contacted for approval if any unapproved components require replacement.

4. Reassembly

We rebuild the machine to factory-standard precision.

5. Testing

The machine undergoes continuous testing whilst on site (your location) or (Ours) with slush product to ensure reliability and performance. (For on-site servicing, a shorter test cycle is used to confirm function.)

6. Final Clean

Once testing is complete, we perform a final clean to remove any testing residue so your machine is returned ready to serve.
